I have a 15 foot by 9 foot patio umbrella. Unused, but out of the box. Too large for my patio, but it is very nice. You would need to have a vehicle to pick it up. Two free patio swivel chairs with cosmetic rust at base and no cushions
48,000 BTU stainless steel patio heater with a cover (propane not included). It blew over during a storm (not enough sand in the base to hold it down) so is a bit battered but usable with a little work. Fair Offer Policy applies
Giving away our patio furniture as the cushions need to be reupholstered - maybe someone with better sewing skills than I have can fix em!

This takes two batteries (included); it will vacuum/shred leaves, and it also has a blower, but I never used it. I used it on our patio to vacuum up leaves and other detritus. I live in the BeechTree community, which is 3 miles north of the Equestrian Center (Show Place Arena) that is located in the Town of Upper Marlboro.

We are getting rid of four patio dining chairs (rocker & swivel), a ripped outdoor umbrella (pole and crank is fine), a bistro table adn one matching chair. Regarding the dining chairs, the metal frames are fine and one seat is in tact but the other three are damaged. I hope you can help us keep from adding to a landfill! Thanks. See photos.

WANTED #2 gravel or similar, roughly 1/2 yard but will take less (or more) to level a stone patio. Bagged or bulk.
